Palm Fronds Silk Screen - Rotate & Layer

This palm frond silk screen can be used on polymer clay with heavy body acrylic paint, mica powders, or fine chalk pastels. The screen can be used in a single layer, but it was designed to be layered!

Directions for use: 

• Use the silk screen like normal, with one color of paint.
• Clean the screen and allow it to dry fully.
• Rotate the screen so the top edge is now on the bottom. (Do not flip the screen over. The smooth side of the silk screen should always be the side laid onto the clay slab.)
• Look for the circle-shaped registration marks in the pattern you screened onto the clay in step 1. Align the registration circles on the silk screen with the painted circles on the clay slab.
• Use a second paint color on your screen to create a beautiful, layered look.

Pro-tip: Layer darker colors over lighter ones for better coverage
